About Me

Hi, my name is Mauro Viola, I’m an a. Alpine Guide, born in 1983, and raised in Trentino, between the Brenta Dolomites and Adamello group.

The mountains have always been a part of my life. As a child, I spent entire days in the woods near my home, exploring streams and climbing trees. Over time, that curiosity grew into a true passion, nurtured by my father, a devoted enthusiast of trekking and cross-country skiing.

In 2009, I completed my studies in Engineering and worked in an office for several years. However, I realized that I needed to return to nature and the dynamic life of the mountains. That’s why I decided to turn my passion into a profession, embarking on the path to become a Mountain Guide.

I’m registered with the Trentino Alpine Guide Aspirants’ association, and today I guide people through the Dolomites of Trentino, sharing skills, safety, and the genuine thrill of the alpine environment.
